This strategic acquisition reinforces SYSPRO’s commitment to delivering a unified and fast-to-value Digital Manufacturing Suite, designed to streamline operations and accelerate digital transformation for industrial businesses worldwide.
At the heart of the acquisition is riteSCAN — riteSOFT’s flagship, out-of-the-box warehouse management solution, built specifically for the SYSPRO ecosystem. With nearly two decades of focused domain expertise and a global customer base, riteSOFT’s proven tools will now be fully integrated into SYSPRO’s ERP platform, enhancing its capabilities across warehouse and shop floor automation.

The acquisition builds on a longstanding collaboration between SYSPRO and riteSOFT, and follows SYSPRO’s late 2024 acquisition of NexSys — a clear indicator of the company’s focused growth strategy under Advent International’s ownership.
By embedding riteSOFT’s capabilities directly into the SYSPRO platform, customers gain access to a fully aligned solution roadmap, increased deployment speed, and expanded automation tools — all within a single ecosystem.
