Organizely Introduces AI-Native ERP for Manufacturing Operations

Manufacturing software startup Organizely says factories across six U.S. states have deployed its ERP platform, which brings demand planning, materials tracking, equipment maintenance and production scheduling into one system.

Co-founder and CEO Christian Santos disclosed the footprint in a Launch YC post introducing the business. He did not name the states, disclose the number of installations or identify the manufacturers involved. The announcement also did not specify when those deployments took place.

Organizely is part of Y Combinator’s Fall 2026 batch. Santos and fellow co-founder Matthew Weiss previously established Kinetic Labs, a mechanical keyboard manufacturer in New Jersey. Santos said their experience running that business shaped the software’s focus on coordinating materials, equipment and labor.

Organizely reports manufacturing ERP deployments across six U.S. states, but has not disclosed installation counts or results across those factories.

AI applied to factory planning

The company describes Organizely as an AI-native ERP, with reasoning and machine learning built into its operational model. Its approach centers on using factory data to identify constraints and suggest changes to production and purchasing plans.

Examples on the Organizely product website show the system recommending that a work order move to another production line and preparing a supplier purchase order for approval by text. These are company demonstrations, rather than documented results from the six-state deployment base.

The distinction matters for evaluating the announcement: the disclosed geographic reach provides an indication of adoption, but does not establish the scale of use or whether customers have reduced costs or increased output.

Deployment alongside existing systems

Organizely markets the platform both as a standalone system and as software that can operate alongside an existing ERP. Its website lists systems including NetSuite, Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, though it does not detail the scope of each connection.

Kinetic Labs is the named user reference on the product website, where it is described as using demand planning and purchasing functions. Because the business was established by Organizely’s founders, that reference has a direct founder connection. The launch post does not provide comparable implementation details for other manufacturers.
