Transforming the Office of the CFO for the era of Agentic AI

In September, the company hosted Unit4 Financials by Coda Customer Day to outline how it will support its customers as they transform the Office of the CFO for the era of Agentic AI. Unit4 recognizes Coda has long been the trusted financial management solution for CFOs around the world, and now, as Agentic AI rapidly automates processes, finance teams will require more agility and more real-time analysis to support their decision making. Unit4’s Coda team will bring their expertise in aligning product and commercial strategies to accelerate innovation in the product roadmap in areas such as AI, the user interface and analytics, while also strengthening the partner strategy to deliver more value to enterprise customers.

The past six months have been a period of important growth, with go-lives and new customer wins. These successes highlight the trust that customers place in Unit4 solutions and the ability to deliver value across industries. Go-lives and customer wins include:

  • Lifeways Community Care Limited, the UK’s largest supported living specialist, supporting more than 4,000 people and employing over 9,000 people
  • John Fabrick Tractor Company, a Caterpillar dealership headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, United States
  • Achieve together, a leading UK provider of specialist support for people with learning disabilities, autistic people, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, deafness and hearing loss and additional support needs
  • Compass Group Belgium N.V. a leading foodservice company that provides a wide range of catering and support services to businesses, healthcare, educational institutions, sports and leisure events and individuals across Belgium.

From foundational concepts and ethical considerations to addressing common fears and exploring how AI is used at Unit4, the festival brought together over 800 people in eight global hubs and over 2,000 attendees for 42 virtual sessions, supported by key partners including Microsoft, ServiceNow and Gainsight, in total delivering a curated curriculum of more than 20,000 hours of AI learning. This investment continues to help shape Unit4’s AI-enabled future for its people and customers.

Achieving C5 Type 1 Attestation

Unit4 has improved its existing Information Security Management Framework, which was already certified to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 2, and are proud to have achieved the C5 (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue) Type 1 Attestation, a cybersecurity attestation framework developed by Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). It is designed specifically for cloud service providers. This enhancement is testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to security, compliance and operational excellence. It also reinforces the dedication to safeguarding customer data and maintaining the highest standards of trust.
