SAP today announced the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions for human capital management (HCM) to help digitally transform its global HR processes.
With the solutions rolled out worldwide, ICRC is executing on its goal of making its employees’ lives simpler and more productive.
With the successful rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, ICRC is better equipped to recruit people with the right skills and attitudes. Employees are provided regular feedback on their performance and greater clarity on their work objectives. The suite also allows for rapid deployment so ICRC can quickly identify the strongest individuals in each type of crisis.
“SAP SuccessFactors solutions have helped us modernize HR and, in turn, identify, recruit and onboard people who are skilled and eager to provide rapid humanitarian response to the needs of victims around the world, while helping to save lives,” said Gherardo Pontrandolfi, ICRC director of Human Resources. “We’re thrilled to be partnering with SAP as we aim to continually evolve our own HR organization and processes as new innovations are delivered to the cloud-based HCM suite.”
Established in 1863 in Geneva, Switzerland, the International Committee of the Red Cross is on the ground in more than 90 countries, taking action in response to emergencies involving armed conflict and violence.
