ECI Software Solutions has expanded its strategic alliance with FormedAI to bring advanced, AI-driven accounts payable (AP) automation to e-automate Cloud customers across North America. The move extends proven automation capabilities—previously available to self-hosted users—into the cloud, helping office technology dealers significantly reduce manual accounting workloads while improving financial accuracy and margins.
Through the expanded integration, e-automate Cloud users gain access to FormedAI’s AI-powered data capture and invoice processing capabilities, automating invoice handling and vendor payments within existing financial workflows. According to the companies, the solution can cut manual accounting tasks by up to 80 percent, enabling finance teams to shift focus from data entry to higher-value activities.
For years, self-hosted e-automate customers have relied on FormedAI to streamline AP operations. By bringing the same automation to cloud deployments, ECI is addressing a growing demand among dealers for scalable, cloud-native financial workflows that reduce operational friction without disrupting established systems.
