Truvant Selects QAD | Redzone to Connect Seven Campuses and Standardize Operations

Truvant has selected QAD | Redzone for a cloud-based transformation spanning seven campuses in the United States and Poland, bringing enterprise planning and production-floor operations into a shared operating structure. Announced on October 28, the program combines QAD Adaptive ERP, Redzone Connected Workforce and ChampionAI to support consistent execution across its contract packaging and co-manufacturing business.

The selection covers a network serving consumer brands across beauty and personal care, health and wellness, food and beverage, household products and pet care. Truvant’s campuses include Prairie du Chien and Boscobel in Wisconsin, Dallas in Texas, West Caldwell in New Jersey, and Łódź, Wrocław and Stryków in Poland.

The project is at the selection and rollout-planning stage. The companies have not announced a completion date, contract value or quantified operating results.

Truvant selects QAD | Redzone to connect seven US and Polish campuses through shared ERP, frontline production tools and planned AI workflow automation.

A Common Operating Model Across Sites

In her explanation of the platform decision, Becky DuLac, Truvant’s chief financial and technology officer, describes employees bridging differences between local systems, spreadsheets and reporting practices. Growth has added capabilities, but also made it harder to assess the business consistently.

Truvant intends to configure standard software around agreed processes and replicate that configuration across campuses. DuLac says this should help sites share improvements and adopt subsequent software releases without maintaining separate custom-built approaches.

For a manufacturer serving the same customer from multiple locations, a common operating model has implications beyond consolidated reporting. Comparable performance data depends on sites using consistent definitions and recording processes. A shared application can support that discipline, but the underlying decisions about data ownership and process standards remain part of the implementation work.

Connecting ERP With Production Execution

According to QAD’s announcement, Adaptive ERP will provide the enterprise foundation, Redzone will support frontline collaboration and coaching, and ChampionAI will support workflow automation and decisions across supply chain, procurement and production. The ERP scope includes planning, inventory, quality, purchasing and finance.

That combination addresses a practical coordination problem: a production plan is useful only while it reflects what a line can actually deliver. Connecting operational information with enterprise processes could help planners, buyers and finance teams respond to exceptions using a more consistent view of the business. The announcements do not detail the integration architecture or how individual exceptions will move between applications.

DuLac says Truvant began with Redzone at one site before expanding its approach. Training is planned in both regions, with local involvement, and she acknowledges that the early transition will require active change management.

Acquisition Integration Gives the Program an Immediate Test

The business case also extends to integrating acquired operations. On August 25, Truvant announced its acquisition of Multi-Pak Packaging, a West Caldwell contract packager specializing in vitamins, minerals, supplements, over-the-counter solid-dose products and consumer health packaging.

The acquisition added bottling, blister packaging, pouching and sachet capabilities, along with a probiotics center using cold-chain handling. Multi-Pak also provides medical device and beauty packaging, plus secondary services including cartoning, kitting and display assembly. It continues operating from its New Jersey facility as part of Truvant.

This expansion illustrates why integrating a new campus involves more than adding another financial entity. Different product categories and packaging formats bring different operating requirements. A repeatable deployment template must accommodate those requirements while preserving the common information needed to manage the wider network.

AI Scope Remains Prospective

QAD describes ChampionAI as a manufacturing-focused layer of role-based agents working across ERP, supply chain and production systems. Its broader portfolio includes agents for repetitive tasks, operational optimization and implementation activities.

Those product categories provide context for Truvant’s selection, but they do not establish which agents will be deployed at each campus. The customer announcement does not identify individual agents, implementation dates, transaction permissions or approval rules. It therefore does not demonstrate that autonomous workflows are already operating across Truvant’s network.

ERP News previously covered QAD | Redzone’s broader agentic AI strategy, including its expansion into operational workflows and ERP modernization. Truvant’s selection adds a named customer program linking that strategy to a multi-campus operating model.

A Sequential Rollout With Results Still to Come

Truvant plans to bring campuses onto the platform sequentially, prioritizing customer needs. DuLac also identifies scrap, reruns and other avoidable operating waste as measures the company intends to track as deployment progresses.

Neither company has published site-specific go-live dates or baseline measures for assessing improvement. Future updates will need to establish which campuses are live, which processes have moved onto the shared platform, and whether delivery reliability, quality and acquisition integration improve against those baselines.
