Embridge Consulting Appointed as Authorised Unit4 Training Provider Across English-Speaking Markets

Technology-enabled transformation specialist Embridge Consulting has been appointed as an authorised training provider for Unit4. The role covers the UK, Commonwealth, and other English-speaking regions outside Europe.

The appointment reflects a wider shift in enterprise software. Vendors are placing more focus on adoption and long-term value. Implementation alone is no longer enough.

Expanding a Long-Standing Partnership

The announcement builds on a partnership that began in 2015. Since then, Embridge Consulting has worked closely with Unit4 across multiple projects.

The consultancy has achieved elite partner status for seven consecutive years. This includes both commercial and ERP service categories. It has also reached a higher tier in Premier FP&A services.

More recently, Embridge was named Unit4’s UK public sector go-to-market partner. This strengthens its position in a complex and regulated sector.

Focus on Adoption and Outcomes

As an authorised training provider, Embridge will support new Unit4 implementations. The focus is on improving user adoption and system usage.

This reflects a growing industry trend. ERP success now depends on what happens after go-live. Organisations need users to fully understand and trust new systems.

Dan Cilton, Chief Experience Officer at Embridge Consulting, said:

“Being appointed as the authorised training provider for Unit4 across the UK and Ireland is a significant milestone for Embridge and one that reflects the strength of our long-standing partnership. Successful transformation does not end at implementation, it depends on people having the confidence, knowledge and support to use new systems effectively.”

Strengthening the Unit4 Ecosystem

The appointment also supports Unit4’s broader partner strategy. The company continues to invest in its ecosystem to improve customer outcomes.

As ERP platforms evolve, training becomes more important. AI-enabled systems require new skills and better user understanding.

Vera Batyalova, VP Partner Sales at Unit4, added:

“Embridge Consulting has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of our solutions. Appointing the consultancy as an authorised training provider is a natural step and one that will strengthen the Unit4 community by ensuring our customers benefit from high-quality learning experiences that support long-term success.”

Industry Implications

The announcement highlights a shift in the ERP market. Training and adoption are becoming core parts of transformation strategies.

Consultancies are evolving beyond implementation roles. They now support long-term value and continuous improvement.

As enterprise software becomes more complex, this trend will accelerate. Structured learning and adoption will define successful ERP programmes.
