Node4 has retained its Microsoft AI Business Solutions Inner Circle status for 2026–27, marking its sixth consecutive year in the program. The UK-based business applications and managed services provider announced the recognition on November 3, citing its work with customers using Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform.
Alongside the announcement, Node4 reported an average productivity improvement of 20% across its Microsoft ERP deployments. The company did not disclose the number of deployments measured, the productivity measures used or the assessment period, so the figure represents a company-reported result rather than an independently verified benchmark.

Roadmap access to support ERP investment decisions
Tracy Stanning, Node4’s alliances director, said Inner Circle membership provides access to Microsoft product roadmaps, best practices and discussions with senior Microsoft executives and other partners. Node4 intends to use that access to advise customers on technology investment, existing application capabilities and AI adoption within Business Central and Power Platform.
“For customers, that means informed advice about where to invest, how to get more from the technology they already use and when to adopt new capabilities,” Stanning said.
According to Stanning, Microsoft assesses Node4 against criteria that include customer success, retention and long-term value. She said the company had engaged with more than 2,500 Business Applications customers over the preceding 12 months. That figure covers customer engagement and does not indicate how many new ERP implementations the company completed.
Business applications support beyond implementation
Node4’s Business Applications Support offering covers Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM workloads, Power Platform and contact center systems. Its stated scope includes release planning, integration support, incident management and platform governance.
For ERP customers, those activities address the ongoing work of maintaining integrations, managing application changes and supporting automation after deployment. Node4’s Dynamics 365 support portfolio includes Business Central, Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Field Service. Its Power Platform services cover Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
The company also holds all six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations and identifies itself as a Microsoft Frontier Partner. In the announcement, Peter Jensen, Microsoft Business Application Partner Strategy Lead, highlighted Inner Circle partners’ industry expertise and development of low-code applications and industry software that extend Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
